Payment Methods

At Teknion LLC, we want purchasing furniture for your home to be straightforward and secure. This page explains the payment methods available through our website and how your payment information is handled.

Transaction Currency

All prices, orders, refunds, and other transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless a different currency is clearly displayed during checkout.

If your bank account uses another currency, your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or international transaction fee. These charges are determined by the provider and are not collected by Teknion LLC.

Available Payment Methods

The payment methods currently supported for your location will appear at checkout. Options may include:

  • PayPal
  • Major credit cards
  • Major debit cards

Payment availability may vary according to the customer’s country, device, or payment provider.

Paying Through PayPal

Selecting PayPal will transfer you to PayPal’s protected checkout environment to authorize the transaction.

Depending on the options available in your region, you may be able to pay by:

  • Signing in to an existing PayPal account
  • Using an eligible debit or credit card through PayPal’s guest checkout

A PayPal account is not always required when the guest payment option is offered. PayPal controls the availability of this feature and securely processes the payment information entered on its platform.

After payment is completed, you will be returned to our website to view your order confirmation.

Paying by Credit or Debit Card

We support commonly used credit and debit cards through our authorized payment processing provider. The card brands available for your order will be displayed on the checkout page.

When paying by card:

  • Enter your cardholder and billing information accurately
  • Confirm that the card permits online or international purchases
  • Make sure sufficient funds or credit are available
  • Complete any identity verification requested by your bank

Teknion LLC does not directly collect or retain your complete card number. Sensitive payment information is transmitted to the payment processor through a secured checkout connection.

Payment Authorization

An order is accepted only after the payment provider successfully authorizes the transaction.

A payment may be declined because of incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, security restrictions, transaction limits, or additional verification requirements. Because authorization decisions are made by the issuing bank or payment provider, we may not receive the exact reason for a declined transaction.

If your payment is unsuccessful, please verify the entered information, try another available method, or contact your bank for assistance.

Checkout Security

Protecting customer and transaction information is an important part of our checkout process. Payments are handled through established payment providers using encrypted connections and standard security measures designed for online transactions.

We will never ask you to send a complete card number, card security code, or account password by email or telephone.
